Marisa Ayala

Marisa Ayala is a trial attorney at the Gonzalez Law Group. Her practice focuses on representing individuals in matters of criminal defense. Marisa is a native of the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Ms. Ayala attended Texas A&M University where she was a member of the Texas A&M Moot Court Team for two years. After receiving her bachelors degree in English from Texas A&M University, Ms. Ayala moved to Houston, Texas to attend South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, she served as a student attorney for the Randall O. Sorrels Family Law Clinic and earned her mediation certification. Prior to joining the Gonzalez Law Group, Ms. Ayala gained valuable experience working as a law clerk for a general practitioner. While Ms. Ayala assisted primarily on matters of federal criminal defense, she also worked on cases dealing in different areas of the law.
