Bryan Morera

Bryan Morera is the founder of Morera Law Group and concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and international business disputes. A passionate litigator, Mr. Morera has argued a wide array of legal and procedural issues, from the customary to complex dispositive motions, before state and federal courts. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Morera has represented clients in the negotiation of settlements, both inside and outside of mediation, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. On the transactional side, Mr. Morera has negotiated, drafted, and reviewed countless contracts, assisted with residential and commercial real estate deals, and advised a wide array of clients. Mr. Morera most prides himself on being able to help his clients during their time of need and providing the best service possible by going the extra mile. Mr. Morera is a proud double-Panther, having earned both his Bachelors degree and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University. While in law school, Mr. Morera made the Deans List multiple times, reflecting his commitment to academic success, and he interned for Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Jose M. Rodriguez and Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Veronica Diaz. Mr. Morera is admitted to practice law in Florida state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Section and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association (CABA) and the Dade County Bar Association. In 2024, he was elected to serve as Councilman and Vice Mayor for the Town Miami Lakes. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
