<p><b>Marilyn B. Cassidy</b> is a judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court in Ohio. She assumed office on January 1, 2020. Her current term ends on December 31, 2025.</p><p> She was appointed to the court in 2007 by Gov. Robert Taft and reelected in 2013 and 2019. Cassidy's term will end on January 2, 2026.<sup id="cite_ref-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-1">[1]</a></sup>

<p>Prior to her appointment to the municipal court, Cassidy worked as an assistant Cuyahoga County prosecutor handling civil litigation in state and federal courts and assisting in some white collar crime investigations and trials.<sup id="cite_ref-bio_2-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-bio-2">[2]</a></sup>
