Hon. Brook Fulks

Brook Fulks is a certified family law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to the 470th Judicial District Court in Collin County, effective until December 31, 2024, or until her successor is elected and qualified. Prior to her appointment, she was a partner at O’Neil Wysocki, P.C., specializing in family law and domestic relations. She has handled high-profile cases in the Texas Supreme Court and has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. Fulks serves as President of the Collin County Bar Association and the Collin County Child Protective Services Board.
