Judge Julia R. Malveaux serves as the Presiding Judge of the Dallas County Probate Court No. 1. She has a background in probate, guardianship, family law, child welfare law, criminal defense, and juvenile defense. Prior to her judicial appointment, she practiced law in her own firm and held various roles including a trainer and child support investigator at the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
