Hon. Anne Flottman

Anne Flottman is a judge of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division in Ohio, having assumed office on January 5, 2023. A seasoned attorney and educator, she earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky (1978), a graduate degree from Xavier University (1988), and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (2001). Prior to her judicial service, Flottman taught high school English for five years and college English at Xavier University for ten years, during which she received the Teacher of the Year Award from the Student Athletic Association. She also practiced family law exclusively, building a successful domestic relations practice before serving as a magistrate in the Domestic Relations Court for over seven years, adjudicating hundreds of cases and helping families transition peacefully. Her career reflects a deep commitment to family law, education, and public service.
