Hon. Eric Roberson

Eric Roberson is a judge serving on the Florida 4th Circuit Court, a position he has held since his appointment by Governor Rick Scott on June 5, 2017. He was re-elected in the 2024 general election, which was canceled, allowing him to continue his tenure through January 7, 2025. Prior to his current role, Roberson served on the Duval County Court. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. His professional background includes work as an assistant state attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit and experience as an attorney in private practice.
