She was elected to the <a href="/Tippecanoe_County_Superior_Court,_Indiana" title="Tippecanoe County Superior Court, Indiana">Tippecanoe County Superior Court</a> in 1996 and served until 2002, when she was defeated by <a href="/Les_A._Meade" title="Les A. Meade">Les A. Meade</a>.
