Hon. Christopher B. Harmon

Christopher B. Harmon is a judge of the Superior Court of Riverside County in California, having served in that capacity since 2014. He was appointed to the bench on June 18, 2014, and was re-elected in 2016 and 2022, the latter election being decided in the primary with no opposition. Prior to his judicial appointment, Harmon practiced law in a solo capacity from 2013 to 2014, served as executive director and trial attorney for Criminal Defense Lawyers from 2003 to 2014, and was a partner at Harmon and Harmon from 2000 to 2013. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Harmon’s legal career has focused on criminal defense and trial work, and he has been recognized for his long-standing service to the Riverside County judiciary.
