William "Bill" Hickle is a Missouri judge who has served on the 25th Judicial Circuit Court Division 1 since 2013. A graduate of Baylor University (B.A.) and the University of Missouri (J.D.), Hickle has a long record of judicial service, including eight terms as judge of the Rolla Municipal Court, interim service on the St. James Municipal Court, five years as judge of the Newburg Municipal Court, and prior tenure as a Phelps County associate circuit judge. He was elected to the 25th Circuit Court in 2012 and re-elected in 2010, defeating opponents in both elections.
