Hon. Joseph B. Widman

Joseph Widman is a Superior Court judge in San Bernardino County, California, appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom in 2020 and re-elected in 2022. He holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and has served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California, an associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, and as an adjunct professor at the University of La Verne College of Law. His judicial tenure began in 2020 and he continues to serve the county’s legal community.
