Hon. Craig Schwall

Judge Craig L. Schwall, Sr. has served on the Superior Court of Fulton County since 2005. Prior to this, he was a judge in the State Court of Fulton County from 2003 to 2005 and in the Fulton County Magistrate Court from 1996 to 2003. He was a partner at Schwall & Schwall Attorneys at Law from 1993 to 1996 and an associate at Schwall, Ruff & Goodman and its successor Schwall & Ruff from 1988 to 1993. Notably, he was involved in the case Whitley v.
