Hon. Christylee L. Peck

Christylee Peck is a seasoned legal professional who has served as a Judge on the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2021. Prior to her judicial tenure, she built a robust prosecutorial career, working as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland County and as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County, where she prosecuted homicides, rapes, child abuse, and major felony crimes. Her early career included private practice from 2001 to 2003. Peck earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 1997 and her J.D. from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2001, after which she was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. She has been actively involved in numerous professional associations, including the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the Child Abuse Coalition. Peck has also contributed to legal education as a lecturer and adjunct professor at Dickinson School of Law and has participated in community outreach programs such as the Rape Crisis Services of Cumberland County and the Anne Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series.
