Teresa R. Warner has served as a judge on the Minnesota 2nd District Court since her appointment by Governor Arne Carlson in 1998. She has been the Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District since 2012 and continues to preside over cases in Ramsey County. Warner earned a B.A. from St. Mary's University in 1981 and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1986. Prior to her judicial service, she worked as an assistant county attorney for Washington County and as an associate attorney at Jardine, Logan & O'Brien. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Minnesota Women Lawyers, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, and the Ramsey County Bar Association.
