Hon. Diane R. Rubin

, Diane R. Rubin was appointed Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court in 2019. Before her judicial appointment, she was a partner in real estate development at Prince Lobel Tye, LLP in Boston. She has extensive experience in condominium, construction, real estate, and arbitration/mediation. Rubin served as president of the Real Estate Bar Association and co-founded its Condominium Law and Practice Section. She was responsible for all turnpike litigation as Associate General Counsel to the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority from 1997-2000.
