Hon. Frances M. Giordano

Frances M. Giordano is a probate and family court judge serving the Essex Probate and Family Court in Essex County, Massachusetts. She was nominated to the court by Governor Deval Patrick on October 6, 2014, filling the vacancy left by Amy Lyn Blake’s elevation to the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Prior to her judicial appointment, Giordano built a robust legal career, serving as a partner at Rubin and Rudman, LLP from 2005 to 2014 and working as a law clerk, associate, and partner at White, Inker, Aronson from 1989 to 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross in 1987 and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1990.
