Hon. Kathryn M. Bailey

Kathryn M. Bailey serves as an associate justice on the Worcester Probate and Family Court in Worcester County, Massachusetts. She was nominated by former Governor Deval Patrick on July 23, 2014, and has the privilege of serving until the mandatory retirement age of 70. Prior to her judicial appointment, Bailey practiced privately in Clinton, Massachusetts, where she specialized in family and probate court litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Assumption College in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law in 1996. A licensed attorney in Massachusetts, Bailey brings extensive experience in family and probate law to the bench.
