Hon. Shondeana C. Morris

Judge Shondeana C. Morris is a distinguished legal professional with a strong background in criminal justice and public service. She has extensive experience as an Assistant Solicitor and Deputy District Attorney, where she led several units focused on public integrity, crimes against women and children, and community prosecution. She was appointed to the DeKalb County Superior Court in 2019 and serves as Chief Judge of the 4th Judicial Administrative District. Judge Morris is recognized for her contributions to law and justice, having received numerous awards including the Association of Government Officers in Capital Litigation Trial Advocacy Award and the Pinnacle Leadership Award from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
