Hon. Rachel Krause

Judge Rachel Ross Krause has served on the Superior Court of Fulton County since 2019, appointed by Governor Nathan Deal and re-elected in 2024. Before her judicial career, she practiced civil litigation for over a decade at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard and Smith. Her dedication to the legal profession extends beyond her judicial duties; she is actively involved in various committees within the court and serves on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia. Educated with a J.D. from Mercer Law School in 2001, she also holds undergraduate and partial graduate degrees from Georgia Southern University. Judge Krause is a member of Georgia’s Council of Superior Court Judges and frequently participates in local bar associations and community events. Her commitment to the legal profession is evident through her active participation in professional organizations and committees within her community.
