About
Kevin Mark Saxby is a judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court, appointed in 2012 and retained in 2016 and 2022. He earned a B.S. in Forest Management from Colorado State University in 1979 and a J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1986. Saxby’s career spans forestry, construction, and legal work, including roles as a forester and logger for the U.S. Forest Service and Colorado State Forest Service, an assistant attorney general in Alaska’s Natural Resources and Commercial Sections, an associate at Bradbury, Bliss & Riordan, and an intern at the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. Since 2012 he has served as a Superior Court Judge in Anchorage, overseeing civil and criminal matters in the third district.
