<p>Peters earned his undergraduate degree from Truman State University and his <a href="/J.D." class="mw-redirect" title="J.D.">J.D.</a> from Ohio Northern University.<sup id="cite_ref-pr_2-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-pr-2">[2]</a></sup>
</p><p>Peters' professional experience includes work as a clerk and deputy magistrate for the <a href="/Alaska_Third_District" title="Alaska Third District">Palmer Superior Court</a> and as an assistant public defender for <a href="/Palmer,_Alaska" title="Palmer, Alaska">Palmer</a>.
