Hon. David W. Hauber

David Hauber has served as a judge for the Tenth Judicial District of the District Courts in Kansas since his appointment by Governor Kathleen Sebelius on June 5, 2008. He was retained in the 2010 and 2014 elections, serving until his term expired on January 13, 2019. Prior to his judicial tenure, Hauber practiced law for 25 years, first with Boddington & Brown, Chtd. from 1983 to 2001, and then with Baty, Holm & Numrich, P.C. from 2001 to 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas.
