Hon. Claudia J. Silbar

Claudia J. Silbar is a former judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. She earned a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from the University of Louisville. Her legal career began in the Commonwealth Attorneys Office in Louisville, Kentucky (1984-1986), followed by a role as a trial attorney at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (1986-1987) and service in the United States Attorney's Office (1987-1989). She was elected to the Superior Court of Orange County in a nonpartisan primary on June 7, 2022, and served until her term ended on January 2, 2023.
