Tuter, Jr.</b> is a civil division judge of the <a href="/Florida_17th_Circuit_Court" title="Florida 17th Circuit Court">17th Judicial Circuit Court</a> in <a href="/Florida" title="Florida">Florida</a>. Tuter was appointed by former Governor <a href="/Jeb_Bush" title="Jeb Bush">Jeb Bush</a> on <a href="/C2005#December" class="mw-redirect" title="C2005">December 19, 2005</a>. <p>Tuter received his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1978 and his <a href="/J.D." class="mw-redirect" title="J.D.">J.D.</a> degree from the University of Memphis in 1982. <p>Tuter has worked as a managing attorney for the American International Group (AIG) House Counsel Operations, as a partner of the law firm <i>Stephens, Lynn, Klein, Lacava, Hoffman, &amp; Puya</i>, and as director of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
