Hon. William A. Fears

Judge Fears was appointed to the Superior Court Bench in the Towaliga Judicial Circuit by Governor Sonny Perdue on September 2, 2003. He has extensive experience in trial work, including civil and criminal jury trials, and governmental law. Prior to his appointment, he practiced law in Butts County from 1985 to 2003. He is a former Vice President of the Towaliga Bar Association and past President of the Flint Bar Association.
