Hon. Robert W. Adamson

Robert D. Adamson, Jr. is the founder of The RAD Firm, a law firm renowned for its expertise in complex transactional matters and commercial litigation. Having attended Mercer University with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science, he furthered his legal education by earning a Juris Doctor from Mercer University and a master's degree in International Business Law from New York University. His professional journey began as a lawyer practicing in Winder, Georgia, where he specialized in arbitration and general law. He also served as a Superior Court Judge from 1992 to 2009 and later as Senior Superior Court Judge until 2019. During his tenure, he was involved in mediation and dispute resolution through Northeast Georgia Resolution. Additionally, he founded Northeast Georgia Resolution, a mediation and dispute resolution business, which has been instrumental in resolving complex legal disputes. He also served in the U.S. Army, including time with the 82nd and 101st Airborne Divisions. Robert Adamson is currently a lawyer based in Marietta, Georgia, practicing at Busch & Reed, P.C., where he continues to contribute his expertise in law. His extensive experience includes roles as General Counsel for a multinational tech consulting company, experience at a major international law firm, and participation in the Atlanta Business Court.
