Chief Judge B. Chan Caudell is a native of Baldwin, GA, who has spent over two decades practicing law in Cornelia, GA, and currently serves as the Superior Court Judge for the Mountain Judicial Circuit since 2011. Prior to his judicial career, he co-founded Caudell & Hotard, LLC in 1999, where he honed his legal skills. He has been reelected twice and is known for presiding over several accountability courts.
