Judge Iannazzone has served as a judge on the State Court of Gwinnett County since January 2002. He previously served on the Magistrate Court of Gwinnett County from 1988 until 2002. He founded the Gwinnett County DUI Treatment Court and presides over general civil cases, personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and misdemeanor criminal cases.
