Hon. Thomas J. Dignan

Thomas J. Dignan is a judge on the Shiawassee County Probate Court in Michigan, elected in 2012 for a term expiring in 2019. He has a long career in private practice, having worked in Traverse City from 1988 to 1997 and then establishing his own law office in Owosso in 1997, where he continues to practice. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University and a Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. His election victory in 2012 saw him secure 45.52% of the primary vote and 57.71% in the general election against Matthew J. Van Epps.
