Hon. Nancy Baskin

Nancy Baskin is a judge of the Idaho 4th Judicial District, having been appointed to the bench on December 1, 2016 and subsequently elected in 2018 and 2022. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho in 1991, where she served as managing editor of the Idaho Law Review. Baskin began her legal career in private practice before serving as a clerk for Senior U.S. District Court Judge Edward Lodge from 1993 until her appointment to the district court. Her judicial service has been marked by her election victories and her continued commitment to the Idaho judiciary.
