Hon. Donald Proietti

Donald Proietti is a judge serving on the Superior Court of Merced County, California. Appointed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in January 2009, he has held the position since then and was re-elected unopposed in 2016. Prior to his judicial appointment, Proietti practiced law for 30 years at Allen Proietti & Fagalde. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
