Hon. Richard V. Peel

Richard V. Peel is a judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside, and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. After completing his legal education, he entered private practice before joining the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office in 1996 as a deputy district attorney, a position he held until his appointment to the superior court in 2010. He has served as a judge on the Superior Court since 2010 and was re-elected in 2024.
