Hon. Shawn M. Bartsh

Shawn M. Bartsh is a judge serving the Minnesota 2nd District Court Position 13, a role she has held since her appointment in 2013. She earned a B.A. from Luther College and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, after which she practiced privately in Saint Paul. Prior to her judgeship, Bartsh worked as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, served as a conciliation court referee for Ramsey County, and lectured as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law. Throughout her career, she has led several professional organizations, including serving as President of the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Highland Business Association, and the Highland District Council, and she has contributed to the Ford Site Planning Task Force.
