Judge Kathryn M. Schrader is a native Georgian from the Stone Mountain area. She was elected to the Gwinnett County Superior Court in 2012 and reelected once. Prior to her judicial career, she practiced law for 25 years and served as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Duluth and Sugar Hill. She presides over the Gwinnett County Felony Drug Court and the Gwinnett County Parent Accountability Court. Notably, she was designated to hear a case at the Georgia Supreme Court in 2017.
