Hon. Don W. Fraser

Don W. Fraser is a seasoned jurist serving on the Union County Court of Common Pleas in Marysville, Ohio. He was first elected to the court in November 2008 and re-elected in 2014, serving a term that concluded on February 8, 2021. Prior to his judicial tenure, Fraser was a managing partner at the Marysville-based law firm Cannizzaro, Fraser, Bridges, Jillisky and Streng, LLC. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 1979. Fraser is an active member of several professional and community organizations, including the Union County Foundation Board of Trustees, the Union County Republican Century Club, and multiple bar associations such as the Union County Bar Association, Logan County Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
