Sandra Donaghy is a seasoned legal professional who has served as a circuit court judge for the Tenth District Criminal Court in Tennessee since her election in 2014. She presides over criminal cases in Bradley, McMinn, Monroe, and Polk counties. Prior to her judgeship, Donaghy held several key prosecutorial positions, including Deputy District Attorney General for the 7th Judicial District and Assistant District Attorney General and Chief Assistant District Attorney for the 10th District in Tennessee. She also gained experience as an assistant public defender in Illinois and practiced privately in Tennessee from 1984 to 1992.
