Hon. Brett Pruess

Brett Pruess has served as a judge on Oregon’s 15th Judicial District Circuit Court, which covers Coos and Curry counties, since his appointment by Governor Kate Brown in December 2017. He was elected to a full term in May 2018 and will serve until the term’s expiration in 2024. During his tenure, Judge Pruess has presided over a wide range of civil and criminal matters within the district.
