James Mosley is a judge of the 316th District Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Military service
Mosley was a captain in the United States Air Force. He served from 1989 to 1993.[3]

Education
Mosley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1989, a master's degree from Troy State University in 1993, and his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1996.[4]

Career
Mosley was an attorney in private practice prior to becoming a judge.[5]
