<b>Eric Eighmy</b> is an associate judge of the <a href="/Missouri_46th_Judicial_Circuit_Court" title="Missouri 46th Judicial Circuit Court">46th Judicial Circuit Court</a> in <a href="/Taney_County,_Missouri_(Judicial)" title="Taney County, Missouri (Judicial)">Taney County, Missouri</a>. He was elected in 2014 and re-elected in 2018.<sup id="cite_ref-elec_1-0" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-elec-1">[1]</a></sup>
</p><p>Previously, he was a <a href="/Missouri_Municipal_Courts" title="Missouri Municipal Courts">municipal court</a> judge for the municipalities of Forsyth in <a href="/Taney_County,_Missouri_(Judicial)" title="Taney County, Missouri (Judicial)">Taney County</a> and Highlandville in <a href="/Christian_County,_Missouri_(Judicial)" title="Christian County, Missouri (Judicial)">Christian County</a>. Between January 20, 2014, and his ascension to the associate circuit bench, he was the judge for the municipality of Hollister in <a href="/Taney_County,_Missouri_(Judicial)" title="Taney County, Missouri (Judicial)">Taney County</a> during Judge <a href="/Randall_Anglen" title="Randall Anglen">Randall Anglen</a>'s leave from the bench.
