Hon. David E. Reich

David E. Reich is a District Court Judge serving the South Central Judicial District of North Dakota. He has held this position since 2006, when he was appointed by Governor John Hoeven, and was subsequently elected in 2008 and re-elected unopposed in 2014. Prior to his judicial service, Reich practiced privately from 1983 to 2006 and served as a law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court from 1982 to 1983. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota in 1979 and 1982, respectively. Judge Reich is licensed to practice law in North Dakota.
