Hon. Darcy J. Rood

Darcy Rood is the current judge of the Vernon County Circuit Court in Wisconsin, having been elected to the position on April 4, 2017. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Prior to her judgeship, Rood served as the attorney for Vernon County and worked as an associate attorney in private practice. Her election victory over Timothy Gaskell secured her role as a fair and impartial adjudicator in the county’s courts.
