Hon. Jody M. Luebbers

Jody M. Luebbers is a judge of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas General Division in Ohio. She has served on the bench since her appointment by Governor Ted Strickland in June 2008 and has been elected to the position in 2008, 2010, 2016, and 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (1985) and a Juris Doctor from the Chase College of Law of Northern Kentucky University (1990). Prior to her judicial service, she worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Juvenile, Municipal, and Common Pleas Courts of Hamilton County for eight years, then spent six years at the law firm Fox & Fox, L.P.A., and served as Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court in the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office from 2005 until her appointment. Her career has been marked by her dedication to public service and her commitment to the administration of justice in Hamilton County.
