Hon. Thomas Desantos

Thomas DeSantos is a distinguished judge serving on the California Fifth District Court of Appeal since 2018, following a long tenure as a Superior Court judge in Kings County. A graduate of Stanford University (Bachelor’s) and the University of Southern California (J.D.), DeSantos has built a robust legal career that spans private practice, partnership, and judicial service. He has held positions as a sole practitioner, partner at Farley, DeSantos et. al., associate at Kahn, Soares and Conway, and has been recognized for his leadership as former president of the Kings County Bar Association and chair of the Kings County Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
