Hon. Linda H. Babb

Linda Babb is a nonpartisan judge serving on the Florida 6th Circuit Court, with her current term set to expire on January 5, 2027. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law in 1988, Babb began her legal career as a prosecutor in Pinellas County before joining the Dade City State Attorney's Office in 1994. She was elected to the Florida 6th Circuit Court in 2002 and has since been re-elected, including an unopposed victory in 2014 and a 2020 re-election that occurred after the general election was canceled. Her judicial service reflects a sustained commitment to the Florida legal system.
