Hon. Thomas A. McHill

Thomas "Tom" McHill is a judge serving the Linn County Circuit Court in Oregon's 23rd Judicial District. He was first elected to the bench in 2010 and re-elected in 2016 without opposition, with his current term expiring in January 2023. Prior to his judicial service, McHill practiced law for nearly three decades at Morley, Thomas & McHill, LLC, and began his career as a legal intern with the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Willamette University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.
