Hon. Helen E. Williams

Helen E. Williams is a seasoned jurist serving as a judge on the Superior Court of Santa Clara County, California, a position she has held since her appointment in 2012. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz (B.A.) and Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D.), Williams has built a robust legal career spanning over three decades. Prior to her judgeship, she served as an appellate court attorney for the California Sixth District Court of Appeal and practiced law at several private firms, including Robinson and Wood Inc., Olimpia Whelan and Lively, and Williams and Williams.
