Hon. Manuel I. Arrieta

Manuel I. Arrieta serves as a district court judge in New Mexico's Third Judicial District. Appointed by Governor Bill Richardson in January 2009 to replace Judge Robert Robles, he was elected to the bench in 2010 and retained in 2014. Arrieta earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan. Prior to his judicial appointment, he practiced law in private practice. His tenure on the bench has been marked by successful elections and retention, reflecting the confidence of the electorate.
