Hon. Gregory J. Potter

Gregory J. Potter has served as a judge on the Wood County Circuit Court in Wisconsin since his appointment in 2001, following a successful election in 2002 and subsequent re-elections in 2008 and 2014. Prior to his judicial tenure, Potter was the Wood County District Attorney from 1987 to 2000 and began his legal career in private practice. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University. His term on the circuit court is set to expire in 2020.
