Hon. Michelle Naberhaus

Michelle Naberhaus is a judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed to this position by Governor Ron DeSantis on February 21, 2020. Prior to her current role, she served as a county judge of the Brevard County Court, appointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2016 to fill the vacancy left by Judge Cathleen B. Clarke. Naberhaus earned both her bachelor's degree and her J.D. from the University of Florida, completing her legal education at the University of Florida School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Florida.
