Hon. Robert A. Glusman

Robert A. Glusman is a seasoned legal professional who has served as a judge on the Superior Court of Butte County, California, since his appointment by Governor Gray Davis in 2002. He has been re-elected unopposed in both 2010 and 2016, demonstrating the confidence of the community in his judicial conduct. Prior to his judicial career, Glusman practiced privately from 1977 to 2002, gaining extensive experience in the legal field. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1972 and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1976. In recognition of his leadership within the judiciary, he served as President of the California Judges Association from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Glusman is licensed to practice law in California and has contributed significantly to the administration of justice in Butte County.
